Who We Help – Children, Adults, and Families

Our assessments are tailored to suit the needs of different age groups:

  • Adults: Help with time management, focus, emotional regulation, and workplace challenges

  • Children: Insight into school-related concerns, emotional development, and behaviour

  • Families: Clarity on parenting approaches and support with school communication

We recognise the importance of identifying co-occurring issues such as anxiety, autism, or learning differences. Our clinicians use a person-centred, age-appropriate, and culturally sensitive approach grounded in evidence-based practices.

MEET THE TEAM

MEET THE TEAM

Our team is made up of Frank Lethbridge, a mental health nurse and specialist in ADHD, and Charlotte Murphy, an occupational therapist, who have a combined 30 years+ of clinical experience in healthcare.

What to Expect from Your ADHD Assessment

Our assessment process is clear and structured, with three key stages:

  • Free Screening Tool: Adults receive the ASRS, children receive SNAP-IV and a history questionnaire

  • Full Diagnostic Interview: Assessments are booked for 2 hours but usually last between 1 and 1.5 hours. We allow extra time to make sure your voice is heard. This structured session with a clinician uses tools like DIVA-5 or ACE+

  • Written Diagnostic Report: Delivered within 3 weeks, detailing outcomes and recommendations

The assessment includes a review of developmental history, daily impact, and third-party input (e.g. parents or teachers) where appropriate. Choose between face-to-face assessments in Kent or convenient remote sessions nationwide.

Reports are written in clear language and accepted by GPs, schools, and employers.
A separate follow-up session with an occupational therapist is available if you’d like to ask questions or discuss next steps. Reports are typically delivered within 3 weeks.
