How Our ADHD Assessment Service Works

Unsure where to start? This page gives a simple overview of our ADHD support pathway, including free screener tools, our £5 SNAP-IV questionnaire, initial consultations, full clinical assessments, reports, and ongoing recommendations. Use the buttons below to choose the option that best fits where you are in the process.

A simple first step for people who are unsure whether ADHD may be relevant. These tools help people reflect on traits and decide whether further support may be appropriate. These are scored by trained clinicians.

£5 SNAP-IV Screening Questionnaire

For children and young people, parents/carers can ask school to complete this questionnaire. Once returned, it will be scored by our clinicians to help identify whether the school evidence supports proceeding to a full ADHD assessment.
