What to expect when you arrive

We know that visiting somewhere new can feel daunting, especially for children, young people and neurodivergent people. This page shows you what our building, reception area and assessment room look like before you arrive, so there are fewer unknowns on the day.

When you arrive

Please come through the main entrance at Gresley House and wait in reception and let us know you are here. Frank will come and collect you for your appointment.

There is free on-site parking available, but please remember to enter your vehicle registration at reception to avoid a parking fine.

For young people, we also have drawing materials, Lego and an Xbox available after their part of the assessment, while parents or carers finish the remaining part of the appointment.
