Service Description

A 15-minute consultation to assess sleep difficulties or review an existing treatment plan. The clinic team is Frank Lethbridge, Mental Health Nurse, and Nicola Connole, Advanced Nurse Practitioner. The appointment costs £100, payable in full when booking. This appointment takes place by Microsoft Teams video call. Your individual joining link will be sent separately. Appointments are offered at the clinic's available booking times. Before your appointment, complete the clinic questionnaire and provide a sleep diary covering 2–4 weeks, a GP medical summary, and details of the sleep-hygiene measures you have tried, including routines, regular sleep and waking times, and how consistently you have followed them. Please explain any difficulties or barriers. These documents and evidence of engagement must be reviewed before prescribing can be considered. If the required evidence is not provided, a prescription will not be issued. Contact info@uk-adhd.com if you need help with the paperwork. The clinician will consider your age, medical history, current medicines, sleep pattern and previous treatment before deciding what is appropriate. An ADHD diagnosis alone does not establish suitability. Patients without an ADHD diagnosis may request a one-off assessment; any short treatment course is subject to clinical suitability. Payment, attendance and completing the questionnaire do not guarantee a prescription or a particular outcome. For patients with diagnosed ADHD, if the clinician approves ongoing treatment and confirms that you are stable, repeat prescriptions cost £65 and a £100 Melatonin Clinic review is required every three months.
