Service Description

Our Supporting Letters & Applications service is designed for individuals, parents and carers who need professional help presenting clear evidence of support needs. We can assist with a range of requests, including EHCP support letters, Disability Living Allowance (DLA) letters, Personal Independence Payment (PIP) letters, Blue Badge applications, school or college support letters, workplace adjustment letters, housing-related evidence and other personalised supporting documents. Each request is reviewed individually. We will consider the available assessment reports, diagnostic information, clinical records and any supporting documents you provide. The letter or application support will then be tailored to the purpose of your request and the organisation receiving it. Our aim is to explain how a person’s diagnosed or identified difficulties affect their daily functioning, education, independence, mobility, communication, emotional regulation, organisation, attention or ability to manage everyday activities. Information will only be included where it is supported by the evidence available to us. This service may be suitable for: • EHCP applications, reviews or appeals • DLA applications or renewals • PIP applications or reassessments • Blue Badge applications or renewals • School, college or university support • Workplace reasonable adjustments • Housing, benefits or social care requests • General supporting letters for professional agencies When booking, you will be asked to explain what support you require, who the document should be addressed to and whether there is a deadline. You will also have the opportunity to upload relevant reports, application forms, decision letters or other evidence. Please ensure that all relevant documents are submitted before work begins. We may contact you if further information is required. Supporting letters and application assistance are prepared using the evidence available at the time of review. We cannot include information that has not been evidenced, verified or documented. We are also unable to guarantee that an application, appeal or request will be approved, as the final decision remains with the relevant authority or organisation. Where there is insufficient information available, an additional consultation or assessment may be recommended before the requested document can be completed. All information is handled confidentially and in accordance with data protection requirements.
